Kashawn Gentle Loses Bail

Kashawn Gentle, a stevedore from Caesar Ridge Road in Belize City, is behind bars awaiting trial again, after he violated the terms of his bail and the bail was revoked. Gentle, was awaiting trial for being a member of a criminal gang on August eighth, 2019, along with two others.  Police allege that Gentle is a member of the Southside Gangsters. He managed to secure bail and was out up until he reportedly got embroiled in a domestic dispute with a woman and ended up getting charged with Harm.  On Friday, the paperwork for the revocation came up at the Supreme Court and Gentle was remanded.  He, however, was taken into custody long before that because the conditions of his bail stipulated that if he were to be charged with any other offence while awaiting trial for the charge that was already before the courts, his bail would automatically be revoked.
