One dead, three injured in Caye Caulker brawl

A fight at a disco in Caye Caulker has left one man dead and three others with stab wounds. At approximately 11:45 p.m. on Friday, Adolfo Cruz and a minor attempted to enter the Sunset View disco, without paying the entrance fee. Royden Cain and Nathan McKenzie, security guards for the disco, refused to let them in and a bloody fight ensued. By the time police arrived on the scene, Cruz, was found mortally wounded on the ground with his face covered in blood. He suffered from stab wounds to the centre of his chest, the right side of his abdomen and left side of the forehead. McKenzie received stab wounds to his abdomen and Cain was cut in his left upper arm. The minor accompanying Cruz is in grave condition at the KHMH.
