Man stabbed on basketball court
He says he was simply trying to stop a fight, but tonight he’s the one in the hospital. 18-year old Allen Valencia has reported to police that around 9:30 last night, he was playing basketball at the Yarborough Court, when he noticed someone picking a fight with his brother. Valencia says he stepped in to intervene, but claims the other man stabbed him in the left side of the neck with a knife. Valencia was rushed to the KHMH where he remains in a stable condition. Police have yet to make any arrests.
