Another body found from shipwreck

Another body has been recovered from sea after a tragic shipwreck last week off Wee Wee Caye. According to police reports, on Tuesday morning residents of Seine Bight found the body of 20-year old Nigerian Emmanuel Omeneh washed up on the beach. The body had drifted more than 20 miles from the site of the accident. Because of the decomposed state of the body, it was buried shortly after a post mortem confirmed he had drowned. Meanwhile efforts to locate the last of the missing passengers, a Nigerian woman, continue in the waters off Dangriga. Around midnight on June 8th, an unmarked Honduran vessel traveling to Dangriga with 14 passengers capsized near Wee Wee Caye. 4 of the 14 never made it to land. Police recovered the bodies of two other men over the weekend near Wee Wee Caye. The caye is located about fifteen miles south east of Dangriga.
