Five days after his mutilated body was discovered inside on a bed inside a wooden shed at a block factory in Santa Cruz Village, a person has been detained for the murder of Humberto Ramos. The twenty-six-year-old Guatemalan national lived at his worksite and on the morning of October twenty-second, his co-workers would discover his body with multiple chop wounds to the head.
