John Briceño Says He is Ready to Be the Country’s Leader

According to Briceño, a number of objectives will be achieved especially since he has matured into a senior politician capable of leading the country.

“Being in government for ten years, we have the opportunity from learning from that experience. I think I have learned considerably and now even more so now being the Leader of the Opposition with a government that has been totally out of control, a lawless government. So I think that I have learned a lot, that I am mature enough and I have secured and the support of our standard bearers and the representatives to be able to come in and to fix this country and to be able to create opportunities for everybody.  Within the first one hundred days we are going to be doing a number of things including limiting the powers of ministers and so we are going to have a very exciting hundred days and a very aggressive agenda when it comes to do a lot of these things that we are promising.”
