Leaked Recording: Is Castro Buying P.U.P. Flags?

As the story of the aggravated burglary was playing out, an audio was released on social media.  Three persons, including Minister Edmond Castro, are heard discussing a deal about to be concluded.  One of the men is said to be an operative in the P.U.P. camp; he is heard discussing party flags with Castro.  The operative says he has one hundred flags, the blue ones, for which Castro says he will pay two hundred dollars for the batch.  The operative asks for a higher price, but Castro reminds him that they have a “temporary agreement.”  The report is that the operative took down the P.U.P. flags to sell to Castro. They then agree to meet at a designated place in the village of Santana where the transaction would be completed. Here is the audio:
