Two men charged with carnal knowledge
Two men from Independence Village have been charged with rape and unlawful carnal knowledge after a 15-year-old girl became pregnant. The girl reported that in March of last year, after she left the youth hostel she became involved with 43 year old Andrew Logan and 51 year old Jesus Urbina both of Independence and has been having sexual relations with them ever since. She is now 5 months pregnant. Police say the two are being charged because she is below the age of consent.
