Arita Vanzie

Last Tuesday night, a traffic accident on the Stann Creek Valley Road claimed the life of twenty-six-year-old Arita Vanzie. The Roaring Creek resident was travelling along with three other persons inside a Chevy Impala car when the driver, Customs Officer Deon Castillo, lost control of the vehicle, ran into a ditch, and hit a culvert. Vanzie died while receiving treatment at the Southern Regional Hospital.
