One Arrested, Another Sought for Murder of Security Guard

Police have made one arrest and are seeking another suspect in the brazen murder of a Santa Elena security guard.  James Rudon was taken into custody during a search of a bus. He reportedly had the firearm taken from Lionel Olivera as he lay dying.  Police have video of Olivera being gunned down and robbed of a gun on April twenty-third while on duty at Cayo One Stop Hardware store.
