A 4-Year Collective Bargaining Agreement is Signed for B.T.L. Employees
In one bright spot among the union challenges over the past few days, the Belize Telemedia Limited and the Belize Communications Worker’s Union have signed a four-year collective bargaining agreement for over two hundred B.T.L. employees. According to a statement issued today, B.C.W.U. and the management of B.T.L. negotiated provisions between the company and the employees of B.T.L. in dealing with the unprecedented labour and commercial challenges brought about by COVID-19.
