Orange Walk man charged in machete attack
An Orange Walk man has been charged with attempted murder after a chopping incident which left another resident in critical condition at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. Carlos Reyes of Gravel Lane was arrested on Sunday after Transito Arevalo Martinez of Riverside Street was found by the side of the road with multiple chop wounds to his head and body. He was taken to the Orange Walk Hospital and later transported to the K.H.M.H.
