Courts holds fifth Millennium Mania Draw

One lucky Belmopan woman received Christmas a little early this year when she won twenty thousand dollars from Courts Belize this morning. The staff of the Belize City branch today drew the winning ticket in the fifth Courts Millennium Mania draw. The winner is Gayle Ozaeta. Advertising and Promotions Executive Ana Marie Bennett immediately called Ozaeta with the good news.

Ozaeta says she plans to donate some of the money to her church and then save the rest until she decides what to do. She says she had at least ten tickets in the barrel. Her purchase from courts? A sofa set for her sister. She will pick up her check on Thursday. Today’s draw was made under the watchful eye of Lotteries Supervisor Delvith Retreage. Courts final Millennium Mania draw will be for fifty thousand dollars. It takes place January fourth. In all Courts will give away one hundred ten thousand dollars to a total of eighteen customers by the end of the promotion. Courts pays all the taxes.
