Robert “Bob” Reneau to receive Lifetime Achievement Award

The Belize Arts Council will give their fifth Lifetime Achievement Award to Robert Reneau this Saturday night. Reneau, a musician, singer, playwright and producer, artist and composer as well as choreographer is being honored at a dinner theater featuring the Belize National Dance Company and Mr. Peter’s Boom and Chime Band. Former member of “Mr. Bob Dance Group” and Director/Choreographer of the Leomar Dance Group Marjorie Bradley will present the award which recognizes Reneau contribution to Belizean culture for seventy-five years. Mistress of Ceremonies is Alexandra Coye. But if you’d like to go to the show and don’t already have a ticket, you’re out of luck, they are already sold out.
