Police Week includes visits to schools
Police throughout the country are reaching out to the community during Police Week. They have been visiting schools, participating in sporting events, and increasing public awareness of their efforts to combat crime on radio talk shows. Tomorrow Minister of National Security Jorge Espat will dedicate the refurbished Queen Street Police Station. The week culminates on Saturday with a parade in Belize City beginning at nine a.m.
