“They are learning about Belize’s tourism products, how Belize is marketed as well as information from C.T.O. and the Caribbean, and Belize as being part of the Caribbean.
We are giving them manuals for them to continue. A lot of them have tourism subjects that they teach as part of social studies or Belizean studies. And we are hoping that the information that they gain from this workshop that they take it into the schools and teach it to the school children.”
Bonita Morgan, a training specialist at C.T.O., is conducting the workshop which ends Thursday.
