Orange Walk Chinese Assn. wants safer streets
And with the recent murders of the Chinese nationals, the Chinese Association of Orange Walk is asking for heightened security. President of the association, Tony Lee, is asking government to do its part to make the streets and business community safer.

“I’m shocked to hear that the people who struggle and work so hard for what they believe end their life just like that because of some greed of criminals that affect the society. I think the government supposed to really, really look into these issues because it’s affecting the Chinese community. It’s affecting overall the whole country; in our economic development, everything it’s affecting the country. So really, really the existing government needs to look into this type of issues.”
