50 Plus Gang Members Taken Off the Streets: More Sought
A little over fifty gang members were picked up by a state of emergency put in place by the Briceño Administration to curb the recent spike in gun violence in urban Belize District. But as we found out today, Assistant Commissioner of Police Joseph Myvett says that the department is actively seeking several others who have been evading detention.

“So far as a result of the ongoing police investigations, some fifty plus persons have so far been arrested and the investigation continues while we are seeking others.”
