9 p.m. Curfew Continues through September
With the expiration of the last Statutory Instrument on August thirty-first, a new S.I. takes effect today, extending the nine p.m. curfew for an additional month. This means that between the days of September first to the thirtieth, you must be off the streets by nine in the night. Additionally, S.I. ninety-six adds Coast Guard and B.D.F. staff members to the list of frontline workers. This means that the COVID-19 regulations on vaccination and bi-monthly COVID test no longer covers B.D.F. and Coast Guard personnel alone. Furthermore, employers and staff of restaurants will be allowed one extra hour after curfew to reach their respective destinations safely. Again, this takes effect today and expires on September thirtieth.
