Charges Filed in Murder of Ian Westby
Police formally arrested and charged a thirty seven year old Belize City man for the murder of Ian Westby. He has been identified as Leon Garcia of St Jude Street. St Jude St is a short walk away from where Westby was gunned down on Sunday October seventeenth inside a vehicle. Westby had just left from the business establishment of a relative when he was gunned down.
