Man gets three years for fondling child
In court news, a man was sentenced to three years in prison for fondling a five year old girl. Twenty-four year old Jorge Diaz was charged with indecent assault following an incident on May twenty third. According to evidence stated in a court report, Diaz, who eats lunch at the minor’s house and was a friend of the family, offered her a ride in his wheelbarrow. A neighbor observed Diaz fondling the girl and told another neighbor and they called the police. During the trial, Diaz did not deny the allegations and was sentenced by Magistrate Emmerson Banner.
