Two detain for San Miguel fire
Two persons have been detained pending police investigations into the cause of a fire that destroyed three houses in San Miguel Village. Punta Gorda police are questioning Sepriano Sho and Mariano Kuz, both residents of San Miguel. According to reports at around eleven o’clock on Tuesday night a fire started in the kitchen of a house belonging to Sebastian Coh. Coh attempted to put out the blaze by climbing on a ladder but sustained injuries to his arms he was admitted to the P.G. hospital and was later released. The fire quickly spread to houses belonging to John Coh and Ricardo Cuz. A fire several weeks ago also destroyed the home of Hubert Cus. No one was arrested for that incident.
