Saxophonist releases CD

Story Picture
Usually when you hear the word Fahrenheit you probably think of the hot summer temperatures, but Fahrenheit has a new meaning in the music world. The jazz and blues CD, which was released early this year in New York, features the music of Belizean saxophonist Ronald Clarke. Clarke, who has his roots deep in the Lord Rhaburn Band where his father was the original saxophonist, explained how his part time past time could be read in degrees Fahrenheit.

“I don’t have a track on the CD by the name of Fahrenheit but it describes the type of music that is up there.”

“The music is mixture of bluesy type and easy listening. It is versatile music, you could dance to a few tracts, listen to some, dinner dance and easy listening if you just want to relax and listen to some music, it is a mixture of candlelight music contemporary, everything in one.”

Fahrenheit CDs are available at Rudy’s Store on Dean Street.
