“Police visited farm number eleven, somewhere around Bladden Village in the Toledo District where they saw the lifeless body of Transito Villalobos a seventy three year old Honduran watchman of that said farm. Initial investigation revealed that Mister Villalobos reported for duty on Saturday and was to come off duty on Sunday morning. When other person visited the farm they found him dead and a house or shed on the farm was burglarized. Missing was two weed whackers. We know that investigators have been canvassing that area to at least try to find a lead of maybe who has the weed whackers or so. We are trying to work on this as quickly as possible. We even ask the assistance of the public where we believe in that isolated area we should be able to gather some information.”
