Manhunt for accused child offender

Reports reaching News Five late this evening are that the Criminal Investigations Branch is on the look out for one Carlos Milan. Reports are that Milan, who is a Biology teacher of St. John’s College and proprietor of Belama Fruits and Vegetables, was caught naked in bed with his seven year old stepdaughter. According to reports, the young girl’s grandmother had just stepped out of the house leaving the girl at home in the care of Milan. Reliable sources tell News Five that a student, who boards at the family’s house apparently came home a little early around three this evening, opened a bedroom door and caught the two naked in bed. Unconfirmed reports are that this is not the first time that Milan has been abusing the little girl. Sources say that when the mother, who works on shifts at B.T.L., would leave the house that’s when the alleged abuses would take place. When News Five called C.I.B. this evening they told us that they are looking for Milan who is reported to have ran off after being caught. Police say they are unable to give us any additional information as they too are only now just recording statements from family members. The child has been taken to a doctor for an examination and we hope to have more on this breaking news story in our next newscast.
