Fuel prices down… but just for elections?
Fuel prices are going down at midnight. But is it a gimmick to sweeten the teapot on the heels of the municipal elections on Wednesday? Prices last went up in late January and at twelve am tonight, Diesel will go down thirty six cents to four dollars and forty cents; Regular will go down fifty seven cents to five dollars and twenty two cents; and the biggest decrease is in premium which will go down fifty nine cents to five dollars and sixty two cents. Kerosene remains the same at five dollars and sixteen cents.
