“Around, this is again on Saturday March twelfth, where Police responded to a fatal R.T.A. at the Aquacate Lagoon Road where they observed the motionless body of a female on the side of the road with head and body injuries. Travelling along with the female at the time was her son, an eight year old. The female was driving a motorbike at the time when a driver of a Toyota Ford Runner, Mr. Jason Perez, looks like he miscalculated a turn on a curve and slammed into this female, Maria Sedio, motorbike, causing her fatal injuries. The minor was transported to the Western Regional Hospital where he is listed in a critical condition. I know that Mr. Perez was immediately detained. I cannot say whether he has been charged as yet. But, I know that police has already issued him with a Notice of Intended Prosecution.”
