An Additional $2 Million for Youth Portfolio

The survey was completed under the leadership of Minister Rodwell Ferguson, but began even before when the now Minister of Health and Wellness had the portfolio for the Ministry of Youth. Today’s launch is the fruition of dedication and hard work and an investment of two million dollars into the ministry that will further assist with the rollout of various programs.

“I am here as the former minister to offer my full support and to continue the commitment in showing that we should address our youth in the country and we need to make sure that the resources that are given and provided to the ministry is adequate enough. As the prime minister pointed out, recently cabinet has approved that we give the ministry of youth an additional two million dollars. And while that is good enough, there is still much more that the ministry needs to be able to cover the whole work that has to be carried out across this country.”
