Williams cleared of indecent assault charges

Charges of indecent assault were dismissed against forty year old Mike Williams who was accused of fondling a twelve year old girl in January. Williams’ attorney Kirk Anderson tells News Five Magistrate Dorothy Flowers upheld their “no case” submission this morning in Magistrate’s Court. The girl had reported to police that Williams reached over and touched her breast and legs while he was riding in the car with her family. Her mother told News Five the child was so shocked she didn’t say anything until the following day. Although he was acquitted in the indecent assault case, Williams is still facing murder charges in the death of twelve year old Jackie Fern Malic. He remains at the Hattieville Prison.
