C.E.O. Invites Women’s Groups to Contact Them about Income Generating Workshops Countrywide

C.E.O. at the Ministry of Human Development, Tanya Santos says that the Ministry promotes this kind of initiative to empower more women to become self-reliant.

“By empowering our women economically, we are also preparing them to be able to be able to survive in their communities and in their homes. We have initiatives like this throughout the country. We’re just highlighting this one this time because it’s live and active and being very impactful, but we do these kinds of programs countrywide. If there are women and women’s groups who are interested, reach out to the ministry, reach out to the department in your community. We are in each municipality and we’ll be glad to lend support where we can.”
