Indecent assault charges filed against three

Seventeen year old Andres Moreno was today charged with two counts of unlawful carnal knowledge and indecent assault of a twelve year old girl. According to police the minor reported that whilst at her sister’s house on March twenty-third at mile fourteen on the Northern Highway Moreno had sexual intercourse with her against her will. She says he raped her again on the twenty-eighth. In related news, a carpenter, 21 year old Rudolph Rudon Junior from Independence has been charged with unlawful carnal knowledge after getting a 13 year old girl pregnant. And a thirty year old man from Benque Viejo Ubildo Howe has been arrested for living with a fifteen year old.
