Dangriga minor raped
In yet another case of sexual abuse against minors, a fourteen year old girl of Dangriga reported that she was sexually assaulted on Tuesday March sixteenth. The child told police that she was at a funeral when she was approached by Mark Diego who asked her to accompany him to the Round House which is located behind the cemetery. Once there the girl said that Diego took her in a secluded area and had sexual intercourse with her against her will. Eighteen year old Mark Diego of Revero Street in Dangriga has since been arrested and charged with unlawful carnal knowledge and indecent assault.
