Former U.D.P. Minister, Melvin Hulse Passes
Former U.D.P. Minister, Melvin Hulse Junior passed away earlier today. The former parliamentarian had been suffering from cancer for a while and had been on treatment. His daughter, Tanya Felicia Hulse, wrote of his passing on a Facebook post, in which she says, “He lived a life well lived and he is so loved. As long as I am alive, and my children and our family, he will never be forgotten.” Hulse thanks everyone who respected, loved and prayed for her father. Former Minister Hulse served under the Esquivel and Barrow regimes and was Minister of Works and of Public Utilities and Transport, and was the Area Representative for Stann Creek West, until he resigned in 2015.
