Policeman charged with sexual assault of minor

Her mother wouldn’t listen to her, so she went straight to police to report her stepfather. Yesterday Jose Martin Flores, was arrested and charged for attempting to have sexual intercourse with his eleven year old stepdaughter. The girl told police her stepfather had tried to molest her on March fourth, but when she told her mother, the woman refused to believe her story. So when he tried again to force her to have sex this past Sunday, she managed to escape by saying she was just going out to buy something at the shop. Instead she went to the Raccoon Street Police Station. Martin Flores has since been charged with indecent assault and attempted rape.

In another incident this week, police have arrested one of their own for having sexual relations with a twelve year old girl in custodial care. Constable Urban Teck has been arrested and charged for rape and unlawful carnal knowledge. News Five spoke to Simeon Alvarez who says he is very disappointed that a police officer has been arrested for a crime the entire department is trying so hard to fight. He told us how it was discovered that Teck was having a relationship with the minor.

“A female lady from the youth hostel who takes care of the children that are in custody said she was doing a routine check of the books and she found a letter alleged to have been written by Detective Teck to a twelve year old girl. She got more concerned when she noticed this was a love letter written on a police statement form. So she immediately took this little girl to the Raccoon Street Police Station and handed her over to Sergeant Pitts. She was interviewed and she admitted having a relationship with this constable and the letter was then handed over to police.”

Police Constable Urban Teck has been suspended from duty. And finally, in another case which is becoming more complicated with each passing day, Raymond Allen, arrested last week for having sex with his underage niece, has also been charged with having an incestuous relationship with his own daughter. Police say they have discovered that Allen has been living with his fourteen-year old daughter and fathered a child with her. The baby is now ten months old. But to make matters worse, the girl is believed to be five weeks pregnant with another child for Allen.
