F.F.B. Official Says F.F.B. Preparing Younger Players for Future Big Leagues
F.F.B.’s National Team Director, Ian Jones says that what they are doing at the F.F.B. is preparing youths for bigger and better chances at shining at the prime time level when they get to that stage in the next few years.

“We will be trying to target from under ten. We’ve already started it on the small level but we want to make it national. Whereas we have to start from that age range and build them up to reach the senior team, but look at the reality of it: if you have a child right now who’s under ten and we’re developing the child from then, at what age will that child be playing at the senior national team? Probably when he or she reaches eighteen, nineteen, twenty. That’s an eight to ten-year development plan that we have to put in place.”
