“The show has been going, this July will make it a year now. It is such a fantastic project. It is on multiple platforms. It is on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik-Tok. Chef Angelo has been my sous-chef on the show and he his excellent at what he does and his craft. He is always trying new things.”
The show highlights simple food recipes made from products that are readily available at your local supermarket. They prepare all their meals using Mabe kitchen appliances. But, these are not all your traditional appliances. Over the years, Mabe has upgraded its products to meet greater technological demandsand, naturally, for ease of usage.
Chef Eva Longsworth
“So we try to use local ingredients. So it is a blend of the two. And it is always recipes that are user friendly, versatile, the ingredients are readily accessible. For those people that buy a Mabe stove, or your going in and you are buying a stove, and then what? Well, this shows you what to do with your appliances that you are buying, how to use it, showcasing how to use it. A lot of times we have like the broilers attached to the stove and we are not quite sure how or when to use it, so we use it for storage. Like back in the day when we would put aluminum foil on top of our burners. Now, with the TionTechnology by Mabe, that is a thing of the past. Now, it is just soap and water and that thing comes off the top of your stove.”
This IO Mabe refrigerator comes with a turbo cooling setting that can be activated using a mobile device. If you want that beverage or those perishable food items to chill down really fast, you can activate the turbo cooling system from your phone or tabletremotely. You can even turn on and turn off your IO Mabe electric oven with the touch of a button on the app. There is also a probe you can insert inside your roast which will instruct the oven to turn off when the food reaches a certain temperature.
