TACA goes first class
The regional air carrier TACA has always been well known for its generous and attentive in flight service, but if you wanted the wider seats and added legroom associated with first class or business class travel you would have to choose a different airline. No longer. Beginning December first TACA will inaugurate its executive class service on all its aircraft. Along with more room to stretch out, those passengers in the new forward cabin will eat gourmet meals off real china, enjoy the use of personal video players, and their luggage will receive special handling. Prices for the deluxe tickets will be about fifteen percent higher than the standard Y-class fares. The new service will also be used to reward those travelers enrolled in TACA’s frequent flyer program, who will be eligible for free upgrades.
