Man drowns in Corozal
Around the same time police were called to the scene in Hattieville, their colleagues in Corozal were recovering the body of a man from Corozal Bay. Twenty-five year old Isamel Almora of Corozal Town had been reported missing by his father on Saturday. He had apparently drowned and his body did not surface until the next day near the Town Market. A post mortem confirmed the cause of death as drowning and police do not suspect foul play.
