Classes Cancelled Until Further Notice

It was a normal school day across the country today; however, classes for all schools will be suspended starting Tuesday, November first until further notice. That was an announcement made by the Ministry of Education on Sunday night via a public notice on its social media page. The notice also urged schools, especially those that serve as hurricane shelters to ensure that hurricane plans are put into effect and that all property and equipment are safely secured.  The notice ends with the ministry encouraging the education community to take heed of all advisories from NEMO and to “make every effort to secure their property and personal well-being.”
