Mexico Donates to Belize’s Hurricane Relief Efforts

Earlier today, the National Chamber of Commerce, Tourism and Services of Chetumal handed over a donation of relief supplies to the Government of Belize.  The donation which will assist persons impacted by Hurricane Lisa includes an assortment of hygiene products and groceries.  Presenting the donation was Mexico’s Ambassador to Belize Martha Zamarripa Rivas. On hand to receive the shipment of relief supplies was C.E.O. Amalia Mai, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and Colonel Shelton De Four, National Emergency Coordinator for the National Emergency Management Organization.
