A Deliveryman is Charged for Fatally Knocking Down His Best Friend

This afternoon, nineteen-year-old William Faux was arraigned on charges of manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct and drove motor vehicle without due care and attention after fatally running over his best friend in Ladyville on the night of October fourteenth.  The tragic accident happened between miles eleven and twelve on the Philip Goldson Highway when Daniel Thompson rode a motorcycle towards his home.  Faux, a nineteen-year-old deliveryman was granted bail in the sum of ten thousand dollars and is set to return to court on January thirtieth, 2023.
