Investigation Complete: Sand Hill Fire was a Case of Arson

The National Fire Service has completed its investigation into a fire at a house in Sand Hill Village on December fourth.  The wooden structure, as has been reported, was the scene of the November seventeenth triple murder of Emerson Garcia, Charleston Jenkins and Jareem Davis. No one was at the property at the time of the fire which has now been confirmed to be arson. ASP Fitzroy Yearwood says that the Sand Hill police will now do their part in the investigation.

“They concluded their investigation but since they have handed it over to the police, our investigators are interviewing several persons. What I can share with you is that clearly the fire department has indicated that this is a result of arson. So with that now, we are expecting Sand Hill Police to make their next step into this investigation.”
