Man Flung From Pan of Pickup Truck on Southern Highway Loses Life
In another fatal accident, this time on the Southern Highway, a man was flung from the back of a pickup truck. According to police, Luis Constante was travelling in the pan of a Nissan Frontier pickup when it collided into a Nissan Rogue. Constante’s injuries were fatal. ASP Yearwood tells us more.

“Officers responded to a report where Luis Constante was flung from the back of a pickup that he was travelling in and died on the spot. We know the driver of that vehicle. We know that police has since detained another drive. It was a collision between Nissan Frontier Pickup and a Nissan Rogue, a collision between those two vehicles, where Julio Menterosa was charged by police yesterday because they believe he caused the accident. He was charged for Manslaughter by Negligence Cause Death by Careless Conduct, and Failure to Provide Specimen to Police. He was also charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Due Care and Attention. He was to appear before the court this morning.”
