Price of L.P.G. On the Rise
The National Gas Company Limited is signaling an increase in L.P.G. prices. A release from the National Gas Company Limited says that L.P.G. prices saw a downward trend to a low of five dollars and thirty-two cents in December 2022, after hitting a high of six dollars and eighty-six cents a gallon. The release goes on to say that prices of L.P.G. in the international market drive L.P.G. prices in Belize and it is common and expected for prices to increase over the winter months reflecting seasonal demand and other market factors. According to NGC, with the start of 2023 and the advent of colder weather in the United States, the decreasing trend has reversed and the question price is now increasing. As a result, L.P.G. prices are trending upwards. The new price for all cities and towns is five dollars and sixty cents per gallon of L.P.G.
