“Does this raise into question whether the department should be cracking down on persons using clothing similar to police clothing? We know that last week that gentleman escaped many charges after he was impersonating a police officer.”
ACP Hilberto Romero
“Yes, they were in the number one police uniform. So, that is an offense if we find someone wearing that uniform who is not a police officer they will be charged.”
