Elmer Nah Read Charge For Vivian Ramnarace Murder

Corporal Elmer Nah was back in court along with his wife and brother-in-law, and they all will have a case to answer to for two counts of kept unlicensed ammunition for one hundred and thirty-nine live rounds of ammunition. Senior Magistrate Baja Shoman today read Nah four more new charges, one for the murder of Vivian Ramnarace and the attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm, and wounding of Yemi Alberto. Last Friday, the three individuals’ attorney made a no-case submission on the unlicensed ammunition charges. Today, Senior Magistrate Shoman rejected the submission. In doing so, she noted that the evidence before the court, being that of a firearm, a bulletproof vest, magazines, and one hundred and thirty-nine rounds, were spoken of in the crowns’ case. Corporal Chun testified before the court about making the bust. He stated that items were removed from a Nissan Bursa driven by Corporal Nah. After they were all called to answer the charges, the defense opened their case, and Nah, Manuel Caliz, and his wife were read their rights. Nah and his wife are set to testify under oath. The case was adjourned for March sixteenth. Minutes before being called to answer to the charges for the ammunition-related offenses, Nah made a number of loud outbursts and resisted being read his additional charges in connection to the double, now turn triple murder, in connection to the recent murders of the Ramnarace brothers, and John’s wife, Vivian. He said, “Where is the gun, uno the chance me”. Nah’s case on the murder charges was further adjourned for March third in the Belmopan Magistrate’s Court.
