Fitzroy Yearwood

Two weeks ago, a man was found dead inside his home, and now following a post-mortem examination, police have launched an investigation into his death. That’s because the post-mortem revealed that the man died from blunt force trauma. Richard Thurton was reportedly found dead inside his house on Penn Road. Still, police have just begun their investigations to determine how Thurton suffered the injuries. A.S.P Yearwood shared what they know about Thurton’s death.

ASP Fitzroy Yearwood, Communications Director, Belize Police Dept.

“A post mortem examination was conducted, this was a resident of number fifty-one corner Neal Penn Road and Fairweather Street where in the post mortem it revealed that he died from blunt trauma an several bruises were observed to his body. I know that we at the Belize Police Department are investigating the cause of his death and as soon as we have information that also will be shared with you.”
