Tek It or Leave It’s last player is big winner
Last Wednesday night, the final episode of this season Tek it Or Leave It played at the Bliss and what a show it was as thirty-nine year old Valarie Stephen proved to be the luckiest player in the season. It was no holds barred and the mother of ten was in top form as she played to the end. Stephen rejected the banker’s offers breaking all records and taking home the biggest bounty in the cash pan. We met up with her at workplace at the Philip Goldson International Airport where she told us of the strategy she used to win the game.

“I feel very excited about the game. First of all I was excited but after all I get into the game and I just played the game up to the last part of it. That’s the most that any contestant could have won.”
Duane Moody
“How do you feel about winning that grand prize?”
Valarie Stephen
“ First of all, I feel very excited. I don’t know how to explain but I feel happy because first time in my life I have won that amount of money. I will finish my house and the rest I will put it towards the education for my kids. Well, finally down the line we will see what will happen. We don’t know.”
Duane Moody
“What was your strategy playing the game? How did you know to pick the right plan and to eliminate the right pans?”
Valarie Stephen
“Well, I don’t know which pan was the right pan. I didn’t know which pan at all to pick. When I went there I sat down and I look at all the pans and I said I will pick number seventeen?”

“I feel so happy for her. Because she really need this money.”

“Why would you say that?”
Maria Ramirez
“Because she has ten children and eena this ya time ya how things stand, everything expensive so she really need it.”
Valarie Stephen
“I get a lot of support from my friends, family, coworkers and they motivate me and give me the courage to keep that pan and did not swap it at all.”
Duane Moody
“Do you feel that the audience supported you or helped you in making a decision?”
Valarie Stephen
“Yes, I get a lot of support from them so I really thank them.”
