And while the national volleyball tournament is coming to an end, National Sports Coordinator Kaya Cattouse says that there are four other countrywide competitions that will be executed before the end of this school year.

“Of course this year we started with volleyball. We next move into track and field and our nationals for that will be on March tenth. We then go into basketball followed by softball and we finish off the school season with football.”

“Countrywide initiative. And sports council is not necessarily in charge of high school sports; however, we are a big part in the high school cycling that will be going on of the entire month of March every Thursday inside the Marion Jones Sporting Complex.”
