Early Morning Murder in Santa Elena Town

A man was murdered this morning in Santa Elena Town. According to police, just before three o’clock, they responded to a report on the George Price Highway near the Red Creek area of Santa Elena Town. When they arrived at the scene they observed the motionless body of a male person on the side of the road. The body was observed with a cut wound to the chest area. The victim was later identified as fifty-one-year-old Julian Villanueva, a resident of Santa Elena Town, Cayo District. The motive behind this latest murder is yet to be determined. Police are investigating.
